What actually matters
Two decades of technology — built into one bet on AI.
I've been helping people with technology my entire life. From the engine room of enterprise IT — learning storage at Compellent, scaling data center strategy at Dell, leading pre-sales engineering teams at SHI, and closing complex, high-stakes solutions across the country — every chapter came back to the same thing: helping someone get unstuck.
Every chapter taught me the same lesson: technology is only as valuable as the outcome it delivers to a real human being. That's the conviction that pulled me out of the comfortable middle of the industry and into founding ayudaconnect.
ayudaconnect is my answer to the question I kept hearing in every customer meeting: "How do I actually use AI?" We build voice agents, multilingual assistants, and workflow automation for organizations that need results — not slideware. I lead product, architecture, and the AI roadmap personally, because the founder needs to live inside the model.
I'm an AI expert by practice, not by title — I prompt, fine-tune, evaluate, ship, break, and rebuild every week. I read papers in the morning, write product specs after lunch, and deploy to production by Friday. That tight loop is the unfair advantage I bring to every customer and every partner.
The career path was technology. The mission is people. ayudaconnect is where the two finally meet.
